Let’s dive into how easy it is to set up your connection.You can navigate to apps in your ActiveCampaign account at the bottom left of your screen, and search for Zendesk Support within our app directory.The first thing you’ll do is add an account. To do this, you’ll need to grab the subdomain of your Zendesk URL. Once you have this, paste it into ActiveCampaign and click connect.From here, there are just three simple steps:1. **Setup**: Review the events to inform you that you will receive a ticket event in ActiveCampaign from Zendesk Support when tickets are created and updated.2. **Event Data**: Review the data that will come with those Zendesk Support ticket events, including ticket status, ID, priority, description, subject, submitter, and URL.3. **Mapping Data Fields**: Map the data fields to the contact record to ensure correct alignment between Zendesk Support and ActiveCampaign.Once completed, you’ll see the resource as the ticket and the events as tickets created and updated, and the contact and ticket object updated in ActiveCampaign.After the configuration, this integration works seamlessly as tickets are created and updated in Zendesk.
